This project, completed in 2000, provided a 150mTourist Information Facitily, within the overall confines of the Clonmacnoise Monastic complex. This required detailed liason with Ducas - The Heritage Service, and also involved a complex archaelogical examination prior to construction commencing.

In keeping with the general architecture of this historic area, the building is finished externally with a slate pitched roof and random - rubble Natural Stoneworkwalls. It also has a glazed lantern, illuminating the central internal space.
